Ten years ago, an inscrutable and abnormal territory known as Hell's Gate appeared in Tokyo, altering the sky and wreaking havoc on the landscape. The heavenly bodies disappeared, replaced by false stars. During this time, people who possess various special abilities emerged. For the past year and a half PANDORA, a top secret organization try to hide the identiy of contractors, as their labs and work station is located in Tokyo. It has been some time, as the research professors have created a certain microchip in which contains a part of the meteor shard inside, amplifying the persons powers in strength. Creating a painful experience for the person willing to hold this power. However the first two subjects they created became too powerful, as they couldn't destory the orginal, as DNA must be collected for future use. But as their powers grew stronger, they escaped to do something PANDORA was always hoping to do, create another war.

Qing Long Tang Hotel (5 sub-boards) The number one 5 star hotel. This hotel is run by the Syndicate, and is used for those who need to escape and lie low. There is a nice restuant up stairs, the food is good there.
Police Station (3 sub-boards) This is HQ for the Japanese Police.

Astronomical Institute of Research (3 sub-boards) This research facilty researches the stars, and is in conact with PSS23 and the Japanese Police, for the latest in contractor activity.

Central Apartments (10 sub-boards) These partments hold up to 9 rooms, 6 upstairs and the rest down stairs, there is a nice garden outside, and the old lady that runs the place is chacing a cat with her broom.
The Neighborhood (2 sub-boards) Welcome to the neighborhood, where there is the park, the corner store, and little kids running around on the swing set! Weeee!
Victoria Manner (3 sub-boards) This place was built 5 years ago. It is half the size of the middle school it is by and seems to have 3 floors. People come and go from this place off and on every day. The grounds are kept fine and lovly no garbage or nothing, theres many tree's and flowers around it. Making it seem someone powerfull and rich leaves there. Moderator: Joule Zyake

PSS-23 Base HQ (6 sub-boards) This is Public Security Section Twenty Three's Home base. The Actually HQ to PSS-23 is located at the very top of the building encompasing the top ten floors. The other twenty stories are all a Home Security Building that was built in order to cover up PSS-23's secret activities and keep them from drawing suspicion towards themselves. At the top of the building is a Heli-Pad which is written off as being for the companies executives.

The Sunshine Hotel This hotel is the top of the line 5 stars. It has the best food you can ever think of, anything kind of food you would wish for to. The rooms are pretty expenese begin about 100 for one night. But its worth the time to be here. The rooms are the top of the line and the veiw is to die for so to speak.

The Casino (1 sub-board) Yes you see what you think you see the great Casino of the place, you can either win or lose but it is truly worth your time. Its elgant in side, red carpets and gold every where. it seems it took millions just to build the place. Yet again enjoy your stay.

South America
Heavens Gate a chaotic area of space that appeared in South America and disappeared five years before the beginning of the series, along with everything in a 1500 km radius around it. Its exact nature at this point is unknown in the series. Its appearance apparently started a large-scale war, one that Great Britain and Argentina participated in. The area where the gate was has become inaccessible. Interestingly enough, Heaven's Gate and Hell's Gate are located on opposite ends of the globe.

Gran Chaco (1 sub-board) Also known as the hunting land. This is the place where the war between humans and contractors begun. All this place is now is deserted planes of forests and desert land. A large overlooks like fake sky, and just beyond the lake stands the gate.
